Book a drop-off

Choose DIY or Full Service and book your appointment online. Drop-offs are by appointment only — no walk-ins please.

Drop off your items

Bring your prepped items along with your signed consignor agreement — or complete the form online before you arrive. DIY consignors — items must arrive ironed, tagged, and photo-ready (up to 30 items).

We inspect and prepare

Every item is checked against our condition standards. Full Service items are sorted, ironed, tagged, photographed, and priced by us. DIY items go straight to listing.

We list and sell

Your items are listed across our website, social media, and in-person markets. We handle all enquiries, negotiations, and buyers — you don't lift a finger.

When your item sells, we take care of payment collection and dispatch. No chasing, no packaging runs, no waiting around.

A one-off lot fee is charged at drop-off and covers sorting, prepping, photographing, and listing your items.

How & when you get paid

Monthly bank transfer

All payouts are processed within 7 days of your consignment lease ending. Straight to your nominated bank account.

Your items are listed for one full month. In the final week, items are discounted to help clear — at your nominated price or 30% off automatically.

At the end of your lease, any unsold items can be collected by you or donated — your choice.

Booking

Book your drop-off

Drop-off

You arrive with your items

Bring your prepped items and your signed consignor agreement — or complete the form online before you arrive. DIY items must be ironed, tagged, and photo-ready. Full Service items can come as-is.

Inspection

We check every item

All items are assessed against our condition standards. Items that don't meet the standard will be returned or — with your agreement — moved to Full Service pricing. Full Service items are then sorted, ironed, tagged, photographed, and priced by us.

Weeks 1 – 3

Listed at full price

Your items go live across our website, social media, and in-person markets. We handle all enquiries, offers, and buyers. Your lease period begins from the date of listing.

Week 4

Discount period begins

In the final week of your lease, items are marked down to help them sell before the lease ends. If you nominated a discount price upfront, that price applies. Otherwise, a 30% discount is applied automatically.

End of lease

Unsold items — your choice

At the end of your lease, any unsold items can be collected or donated, it's entirely up to you. If you'd like to re-list new or existing items, a restocking fee applies ($5 DIY · $10 Full Service).

Payout

Money in your account

Your payout is processed within 7 days of your lease ending and transferred directly to your nominated bank account.

What we accept

We keep our standards high so your items sell fast and for a better value $$.

To be accepted, clothes must be:

  • Freshly laundered and ready to go
  • No stains — inside or out
  • No odours — including smoke and musty smells
  • No holes, rips, or missing buttons
  • No damage — working zips, snaps, and fastenings
  • No excessive wear — no fading, pilling, or stretched-out fabric

We accept high-quality brands only, and our accepted brand list is subject to change — check the current brand guidelines in our FAQ before you drop off.

Sizes [newborn–12]. We're selective so every piece sells — if something doesn't make the cut, we'll let you know.
