To be accepted, clothes must be:
- Freshly laundered and ready to go
- No stains — inside or out
- No odours — including smoke and musty smells
- No holes, rips, or missing buttons
- No damage — working zips, snaps, and fastenings
- No excessive wear — no fading, pilling, or stretched-out fabric
- No Names On Clothing - If on Care Tag can be removed.
We accept high-quality brands only, and our accepted brand list is subject to change — check the current brand guidelines in our FAQ before you drop off.
Sizes [newborn–12]. We're selective so every piece sells — if something doesn't make the cut, we'll let you know.
