How Donations Work ♻️

We’re grateful for the support of our community and accept donations to help extend the life of children’s clothing.

🎁 Donating with The Preloved Cub

  1. Donate clean, gently-used baby & kids clothing that meets our quality guidelines
  2. Donations are accepted by appointment only
  3. Accepted items are either resold, gifted to families, or passed on to local community organisations

All donated items are carefully sorted — nothing is wasted.

We Accept

  • Baby & kids clothing in excellent or near-new condition
  • Trusted brands. Please see the list of not acceptable brands.
  • Accessories (bibs, socks, headwear) if near-new or in a matching set

Please Note

  • We are unable to accept items with stains, damage, or excessive wear
  • Fast-fashion items may be redirected to donation partners
  • Donations are final and will not be returned

This allows us to maintain the quality and standards our families trust us for.
